Delivery is made in 1 or 2 working days in Tbilisi, and in 2 working days in the case of regional purchases, except for exceptional cases (depending on the region) in which case the delivery time of the item should not exceed 10 working days after the order is processed. Accurate information will be provided to the customer at the time of placing the order.
It is important to note that there is no floor pick-up service. Exceptions will be allowed only in the case indicated on the website, or when delivering small-sized items weighing up to 5 kg, as well as for large-volume items directly with the courier, on the spot, in case of personal negotiations between the customer and him.

Installation of the air conditioner is provided by a certified and authorized service center. In case of installation of the air conditioner, the user should take into account the following details:
Standard installation:
Indoor and outdoor units should be installed at a height of no more than 2.3 meters
The thickness of the wall to be drilled should be no more than 40 cm
The wall to be drilled should not be a reinforced concrete structure
The distance between the indoor and outdoor unit should not exceed 3 meters.
There should be no need for a lifting basket or other special devices.
The length of the air conditioner pipe should not exceed 3 meters.
In case of violation of any standard installation conditions, the installation is considered non-standard.

"Standard installation" of air conditioner - free of charge in the following cities: Tbilisi, Rustavi, Kutaisi, Batumi; In all other cities we only offer free delivery.
After receiving the air conditioner, the customer contacts the Itera service support person and registers the installation request.
The deadline for the installation team to arrive at the site is 2-3 working days after fixing the installation request.
In case of non-standard installation, prices will be calculated on site by the installation team and payment will be made before the installation procedure begins.
